Become an Affiliate Member of the NARPM® Colorado Springs Chapter
Welcome! The Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM® values strong partnerships with trusted vendors and service providers. Our Affiliate Members play a vital role in supporting property managers across the region, and we’re excited to offer opportunities to connect, collaborate, and grow your business within our community.
How Affiliate Membership Works
Affiliate memberships are company-based, not individual-based.
- Each company designates one primary contact to receive chapter communications.
- Additional representatives may attend events and luncheons when properly registered.
- If the designated contact leaves the company, the membership remains with the company and a new contact may be assigned.
- Memberships do not transfer with individuals who change companies. If an individual joins a new company, a new affiliate membership application is required.
Affiliate memberships are annual (January 1 – December 31).
Dues are not prorated, and memberships do not automatically renew.
Application fees are non-refundable.
Why Become an Affiliate Member?
As an Affiliate Member, your company gains:
- Listing on the Colorado Springs NARPM® Chapter website
- Inclusion in the chapter membership directory
- Invitations to chapter luncheons and events
- Opportunities to host vendor tables at monthly luncheons (limits apply)
- Access to sponsorship and recognition opportunities at select annual events
Membership Levels & Benefits
Affiliate membership levels for 2026 include Gold, Silver, and Basic.
Each level offers different benefits related to vendor tables, event recognition, included lunches, and promotional opportunities.

Symposium Add-On (Optional)
The Landlord Symposium is offered as an optional add-on and is not included in Basic membership.
- Requires an active Basic (or higher) Affiliate membership
- Limited affiliate participation
- Additional cost applies
- Includes educational programming, networking opportunities, and lunch

Monthly Luncheons & Vendor Tables
Affiliate Members are encouraged to attend monthly luncheons for networking and visibility.
- Vendor tables are available at select luncheons
- Vendor table reservations are made online
- Table availability is limited per meeting and per year
- Additional details, costs, and limits apply
Vendor Appreciation Day and the Landlord Symposium are excluded from standard vendor table limits.
Code of Conduct
All Affiliate Members are required to comply with the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM® Code of Conduct.
